**RIGHT TO CANCEL**
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your communication regarding your decision to cancel before the period expires via a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email).

**Exemptions:**
Certain circumstances may your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, such as personalized items or goods that have been inseparably mixed with other after delivery. Please note that opened, unsealed, or used items cannot be returned for a refund to health and hygiene reasons.

**EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION:**
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method).
We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of goods supplied if it results from unnecessary handling by you. Personalized items are excluded from this.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than:
a) 14 days after we receive any returned goods, or
b) 14 days after you provide evidence of having returned the goods, or
c) 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel if no goods were supplied.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
You should return the goods promptly, and no later than 14 days from the date you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 days have elapsed.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
